Sacred Places

23 December 2014

Holiday jubilation. Between the latkes, peppermint bark and gift giving, we’re about to be knee deep in it.

“Your sacred space is where you can find yourself again and again.” – Joseph Campbell

It’s inevitable that over the next few days we’re going to need to take a few deep breaths. Whether you’re sleeping in a cramped twin bed visiting relatives, balancing in-laws or upset you’ve eaten one too many Christmas cookies, take a few minutes to bring peacefulness into the days ahead. Whether it’s through an app, gardening, a walk on the beach, or even sitting on the roof–try to find it. It won’t be hard to do and has immense rewards.
